eShip Global Training Manual

Procurement Services has partnered with eShip Global, a certified HUB supplier, to provide an on-line method for users to ship via Airborne, DHL, and Federal Express.

The system is as easy as filling out a paper airbill, and when using eShip Global, there is no need for procurement cards or requisitions in PeopleSoft. You will indicate your PeopleSoft chartfield when entering your shipment and it will be direct billed through an automated non-PO voucher process.

  • Auto Builds the User profile for sender information upon first login(No data entry on airbills)
